Shipping Policy — The Modern Conquest

Every product in our store is made to order. This means your item is produced after you place your order — we don't carry pre-made inventory. Here's what to expect.

Production Time

Most orders require 3–7 business days to produce before shipping. During peak seasons (holidays, major sale events), production may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves the fulfillment center.

Books (our coloring book and any future titles) are fulfilled through a separate print-on-demand publisher and may ship independently from other items in your order. Production for books typically takes 3–5 business days.

Shipping Carriers & Estimates

Once produced, estimated delivery times by shipping method:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on your carrier and location. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Because products may ship from different fulfillment centers, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to become active.

International Orders

We ship internationally to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are outside our control and not included in your order total.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at themodernconquest@gmail.com — we will do our best to correct it before production begins.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, contact us at themodernconquest@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
