Refund Policy — The Modern Conquest

Because every item in our store is made to order — printed, produced, and fulfilled specifically for you — we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, has a print defect, or is otherwise not as described, please get in touch with us within 30 days of delivery at themodernconquest@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement at no charge. We do not require you to return the damaged item.


Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item (wrong design, size, or product), contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will send the correct item immediately.


Books

Our print books are fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand publisher. The same policy applies: we do not accept returns, but we will replace any book that arrives damaged or misprinted.


Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please allow 3 business days before contacting us — carrier scans sometimes arrive before the package. If it still hasn't arrived after that window, reach out, and we'll investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.


Order Cancellations

Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us at themodernconquest@gmail.com immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
